Our work will take into account the fact that no discrimination or oppression exists separately to another, and that people have multiple social identities. Intersectionality is not just a theory or buzzword to us, it is a deliberate practice.

  • Designing and delivering a bespoke company wide reciprocal mentoring programme for a global retailer that paired people from underrepresented groups with senior leaders. This included creating resources and tools for units across the country to run their own programme. 
 
  • Designing and delivering bespoke race fluency training to a telecommunications leadership population that was then rolled out through the development of train-the-trainer tools and workshops throughout the business. 
  
  • Developing a refreshed three year DEI strategy for a sports body including an action plan and KPI tracker.  
  
  • Creating recommendations for increasing equitable progression opportunities by conducting listening sessions with colleagues from underrepresented groups working at a gaming company.

  • Advising a large infrastructure management company on employee ethnicity data collection, allowing the organisation to publish their ethnicity pay gap for the first time.
