Our story 

Hayley Bennett, HTVB Consulting Founder

HTVB Consulting is the culmination of a lifelong dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and a passion for social justice. As a multi-award-winning DEI Consultant and campaigner, our Founder, Hayley Bennett, embarked on a journey that seamlessly integrated her two core passions: football and social justice.

During her studies in Politics at SOAS, Hayley found a unique opportunity to merge these passions while working at Kick It Out, football’s renowned anti-discrimination organisation. Here, she championed diversity by supporting mentoring programs to diversify football's workforce and educating stakeholders within the game.

Driven by the desire to broaden her impact beyond football, she transitioned into various roles as a DEI consultant and advisor across multiple sectors. Her plan became clear: to bring cross-industry good-practice back to the sport sector, and use a sporting mindset to transform brands. 

With a track record of providing consultancy to over 200 of the world’s largest employers and global brands, Hayley recognised the need for a more focused approach. In 2020, HTVB Consulting was born, representing a return to her roots in anti-discrimination work while continuing their impactful DEI work across business and sport.

Established as a leader in the field, HTVB Consulting has been featured in prestigious publications such as The Times, The Telegraph, Metro.co.uk, and The Washington Post. Our journey is a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating inclusive environments and driving positive change, both on and off the field.
