HTVB Consulting Ltd: cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations by delegates / the client
To cancel the delivery of a course, or a place on a course, being delivered by HTVB, notice of cancellation must be given by email to [email protected]
As standard, HTVB Consulting Ltd invoice on commencement of work. At times payment may be requested in advance of a course.
If you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to the event (if a one-day course, or the first day of a course taking place over several days) you will not be required to make any payment / a full refund will be offered.
If you cancel between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the event (if a one-day course, or the first day of a course taking place over several days) you will be required to pay 50% of the agreed price / a 50% refund will be offered.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the event you will be required to pay 100% of the agreed price / no refund will be offered.
For non-attendance on the course you will be required to pay 100% of the agreed price.
If you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance, we will endeavour to arrange an alternative date for your course to take place or, for single places on courses, will offer you a place on another appropriate course. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We will accept name changes for attendees
Cancellations by HTVB and changes to training delivery
HTVB Consulting Ltd is continually reviewed and updated and while we endeavour to deliver the training as advertised there may inevitably be occasions where we have to change elements of the content without prior notice or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel an event.
If we cancel training dates, delegates / the client will either be offered the choice of alternative dates or, where the event has been paid for in advance, a full refund.
If the agreed trainer / facilitator becomes unavailable, delegates on public scheduled courses will be informed. For all other courses this and any other proposed changes will be discussed with the client.
